Terms and Conditions

Bridal Bookings

All booking deposits are required to paid upon booking to secure your appointment/wedding or group booking. We do not hold appointment dates or wedding dates until the deposit has been paid. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your booking date. Please see the specific due date on your invoice. The final payment is due by bank transfer.

Deposits are non-refundable but they can be transferred if cancellation is more than 7 days for bridal bookings. If you have paid in full or more than the deposit amount prior to 7 days of the booking you will be refunded minus the booking deposit. If you wish to cancel your booking within 7 days of the booking your deposit will be forfeited and the remaining balance already paid will be held in credit for you for a future booking.

If you wish to make changes to your booking (eg. less or more services) please notify via email hello@courtneythomas.com.au asap. If you wish to reduce your booking that will need to be done at least 7 days before your booking date. If you are wanting to increase your booking, availability can't be guaranteed but we will try our best to accommodate.

Bridal Trials We cannot guarantee that your preferred trial date will be available. Please secure your trial date as soon as possible AFTER booking your wedding date to avoid the disappointment of missing out. If you would like to book a trial in before booking your wedding date we can't guarantee the availability of your wedding date until it has been secured with a deposit.

An invoice will be issued by email within 7 days of booking your date. If you have not received an invoice please contact hello@courtneythomas.com.au

Event Bookings

All booking deposits are required to paid upon booking to secure your appointment. Appointment cannot be held until the deposit has been paid. Remaining balance is due after completion of service before Courtney leaves or before the client leaves if appointment is held in studio. Payment by bank transfer, card payment or cash (please bring correct amount as change might not be available).

Deposits are non-refundable but they can be transferred if cancellation is more than 24 hours for event bookings. If you have paid in full or more than the deposit amount prior to 24 hours of the booking you will be refunded minus the booking deposit. If you wish to cancel your booking within 24 hours of the booking you will forfeit your deposit.

Hair Bookings

If you have extra long hair or extra thick hair please disclose on booking so extra time can be allocated to your appointment. If you need clip in extensions to be installed or have forgotten to dry your hair- these are additional services that are charged at $20 per service.

Parking

If your appointment is in studio there is ample street parking or parking available on the driveway. If you are having a mobile service appropriate parking will need to be provided by the client. Any parking costs will need to be covered by the client and parking needs to be available in close proximity to the address.

Allergies/Liabilities

Medical Conditions/Allergies: Any known allergies or medical conditions must be voiced upon booking your appointment and also again at your appointment.

We are not responsible for any allergic reaction or other medical conditions as a result of using our products and services.

We cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions made by our clients when making a booking, and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they have supplied the correct information on confirmation of their booking.

All client information is confidential, and we are committed to protecting your rights as a customer and will not share any of your personal information with third parties.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings at our discretion. In this case, you will be provided with a full refund.
